Refund Policy of Workshop session

• We do not offer any refund for workshops, however you can re-schedule your workshop by visiting our booking portal 48 Hrs in advance of the session start

rebook your workshop within 3 months from the date booked, according to our schedule

• No re-scheduling will be accommodated for cancellations within 48 Hrs of the session start

Refund Policy of Events

• 100% of your charges will be returned, if you cancel 31 days prior to your booking

• 50% of your charges will be returned 14 days to your booking

• 20% will be returned 48 hours prior to your booking
  
  Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card

Minimum kids per session

Please note that a minimum of four children are required to book a session in order for us to proceed with the scheduled activities. In the event that we do not meet this requirement, we regret to inform you that the session will have to be cancelled and rescheduled for another day.
